This babka combines two cultures.  Ube is a purple root vegetable that is typically found in Filipino desserts. The ube flavor is subtle, a touch of nuttiness.  The combination of the ube with our dough creates the most incedibly soft and moist babka. This babka is then slathered with nutella, oreo cookies and top with a chocolate ganache. There is nothing better in life!
