Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on are considered final sale. We take great care in preparing and packaging our babkas to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Damaged or Spoiled Items

We accept returns for defective products only. If your order arrives defected or spoiled, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
