This babka combines two cultures.  Ube is a purple root vegetable that is typically found in Filipino desserts. The ube flavor is subtle, a touch of nuttiness.  The combination of the ube with our dough creates the most incedibly soft and moist babka. This babka is then slathered with nutella and sprinkled with oreos.
